What we're about

We Them Boys is a place where players of all skill levels can come together to enjoy a chill but Competitive atmosphere. Players are encouraged to help push each other to improve, in a positive manner. 

We Thrive on Community Mentality - get involved & be active, we're all friends here. 

Raiding In We Them Boys

We come to raid every week to enjoy our time together as a community. We strive to keep our environment chill and helpful, while being competitive. With that being said, no one comes to raid to wipe. Though we like to laugh, our goal is to push through content efficiently - it is your job to keep up with the pace of the raid!

How Roster Competition Works

 If you are being outperformed, you will be swapped out. Although this sounds harsh... it creates an environment where no one becomes stagnant or comfortable with their spot. 

We Trial all new Raiders on a two-week basis before they receive their 'Raider' rank

We aim to Rotate Bench players in Weekly.

Attendance 

Show up every week on time & your spot is more secure! Rather than being swapped you are more likely to get assistance in progressing your Character!  

Loot System

 We run on a system we call 'Light Loot Council'

How it works: We look at Key items such as  Trinkets > Tokens > Weapons. Group Leads assign priority based on Class effectiveness in raid, as well as Personal Attendance & Longevity in raid... This is meant to keep key items in the raid team for the duration of the patch, while still keeping RNG alive.

We do not LC old Content or Raids outside of Progression Nights.

All Items not  deemed *KEY ITEMS*  are free rolled under MS>OS 

(ex key items: Trinkets > Tokens > Weapons)

Though our goal is to give everyone a chance to play what they would like and how they would like, it is not always possible. We will always try to provide the guild with enough teams to keep everyone playing. As long as it aligns with the best interest of the Community!

We Do Not Have Guild Applications! (Open Invites above level 80) Currently We Them Boys has no recruitment applications for the guild (Subject to change) - We hope all player's interested in joining take part in our community mentality.  For a Guild Invite, whisper any player online!
